"Une expérience parfaite de A à Z ! L'accueil est au top, la déco soignée et l'ambiance musicale très agréable. Mention spéciale au patron, qui est dynamique, drôle et vraiment sympa. Côté cuisine, c’est un régal : les viandes sont succulentes et les gratins tout simplement délicieux. Je recommande à 1000 % !"

"Menu spécial : raclette a volonté à 35€, raclette fondue au feu de bois de la cheminée, saucisses fumées et jambon braisé chaud en plus de la charcuterie traditionnelle. Un régal. Le cadre est très agréable et le service prévenant. Il me tarde de découvrir leurs viandes, la chambre de maturation faisait envie. Un excellent spot à Garéoult."

"Menu du réveillon st sylvestre, amuse bouche délicieux et fait maison. Foie gras maison, saumon fumé parfait, gambas sur lit de risotto aux truffes c’était fabuleux. La viande était tout aussi fabuleuse. Plateau de fromage et un dessert qui change un peu de nos classiques (entremet à la mandarine et son croquant chocolat). TOUT le repas était impeccable. Service très appréciable et tout sourire. Nous sommes ravis d’avoir partager ce réveillon avec l’équipe de l’Estable et l’orchestre du soir."
